Pearl was a rescue so we don’t know her age or her past… We discover it as we go along.

She loves old black and white tv series like The Andy Griffith Show, Leave it to Beaver and Dennis the Menace.

She also knows Disney movies and gives a chuckle at the right spots.
Loves kids and looks longingly at older ladies.

Sometimes its heartbreaking when on our outings she experiences something from her past.
A familiar car….. a face that reminds her of someone…. Orlando around Disney….

When she realizes it’s not the car… or the person she is looking for… or driving away from Disney… Her eyes are sad… She blanks out for awhile…. Remembering that part of her life … the people that she loved but can’t find.
