Georgia Peach Topping:

One 16-ounce bag frozen peaches (about 3 1/2 cups)

1/3 cup orange juice 

1/4 cup sorghum or honey 

2 tablespoons cornstarch 

Pinch kosher salt 

1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 bunch fresh mint
